far too many job ads..Isn'it strange to say the least we see repeatedly the same HR and companies place the same ads over and over again? Why don't they keep their reliable stuff? I have been a victim of being pushed to another project though doing very well on the one I was working in my past only to give way to a <<new wave>> of people for no apparent reason whatsoever.So, like in every <<crime >> one would look for the possible motives behind such a repeated trend involoving me and many many others.First of all, the bonuses to those who get new stuff , when the incentive is 2000 for Italian speakers and more than that for German speakers ecc it is only natural that companies have created a group of people that cash in on these bonuses even when the team is more than covered in staff. They decide to channel people around like their lifestyles do not matter (changing hrs of work and days) , they are mere pawns that have to do as told in order to have a job.Second motive, you keep only those who <<gang up>> with TLs and managers and let the rest go to wherever , who cares? Sometimes they even operate in other ways, they have other insights in problem resolution and are advantaged in a much bigger way than all the rest of the team. Obviously, you get a separation line that affects targets and results and builds a protective net around those who I call the <<untouchables>>.Thirdly, let us make no mistake here, all these jobs involve extensive emotional experiments and studies behind the scenes. There is ample bibliography for these practices going way back in time. From the operator being praised  for an entire week for the same problem resolution only to find out in the next week the customers are NOT happy even though nothing from the guidelines was changed nor the agent's approach. They do not take into account we are humans, we support families, when you do your job correctly you should not be replaced and becoming work nomads should not mean companies playing games with you in such a manner, it means a company is closing down and has to see you off or makes major cutt offs, real ones , not the ones when they tell you so  and in a few days  half the staff for a project is merely being replaced by others. No one is regulating these companies in these respects , they do as they please. This has to stop and people should be treated with basic dignity , if they give you a job they should not push you around like garbage without any apparent reason.
